PEAK FIT Bootcamp

Do you enjoy a challenge? Do you enjoy a non-traditional approach to working out? Do you enjoy being part of a team environment? If so, then our PEAK FIT Bootcamp class is the perfect option for you! PEAK FIT Bootcamp is an intense 1 hour long class that focuses on the 3 C's of training...core training, cardiovascular training and circuit strength training.
